Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation; it is effective and life changing. In hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes highly receptive to positive thoughts and suggestions, allowing you to change your thought patterns, beliefs, behaviors and your life with ease and grace.
A hypnotherapy session can take place in person, over the phone or via Skype with similar effects. The big difference between an in-person and a long distance session is that for an in-person session a quiet, interruption free space is provided while for a long distance session you must find and ensure your own quiet space. At times a distance session may be preferable over an in person session because after the session you will be able to relax in your own home instead of having to drive back.
All people enter some form of hypnosis naturally several times a day – while driving, watching TV, reading a book, daydreaming. While in the hypnotic state, you are not asleep, in fact you may become hyperaware of your environment, and you always remain in control of your thoughts and actions. It is impossible to get “stuck” in hypnosis. During our sessions you will never be compelled to do or say anything that is in conflict with your personal, ethical standards and/or desires.
Hypnotherapy is a quick and effective way to resolve personal and career issues, change your habits and instill positive changes, so you can live the life you desire.
