If at any point you are not satisfied, please contact us at (844) 524-2572 and we'd be happy to assist you.

Laritelle products can be returned within 60 days of delivery.

You may initiate the return by submitting a return request online.

International Orders:

All international orders will be shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. Please checkout to see actual cost.
International customers must pay all customs and duties with the receiving country. Laritelle will not be responsible for customs and duty fees. Any returns due to customs and duties will be refunded purchase price less shipping and handling costs. For our appointments / services:

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule 25-47 hours in advance, then you will be refunded or credited 50% of the original price.

No refund or credit will be given if you cancel 24 or fewer hours before your appointment. No refund or credit will be given after the service is performed.
